Known for their creativity, operational excellence, and top-tier service, they are looking for an experienced Event Project Manager to join their Midlands-based team.

Role Overview

Are you ready to take the reins of exciting events and manage everything from concept to execution? Our client is looking for an experienced Event Project Manager to oversee a variety of projects and key client accounts. If you're passionate about delivering seamless, creative, and large-scale events and have a proven track record in event production, this role could be your next big opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Own and deliver client projects from start to finish, working independently or alongside senior team members. Oversee all production elements, from logistics to technical and delegate management, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Financial Management: Maintain full control of project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed margins. Manage invoicing and payments to keep projects financially sound.
  • ISO 9001 Compliance: Ensure that all processes and paperwork adhere to ISO9001 standards, contributing to the continuous improvement of internal procedures.
  • Supplier Management: Foster strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring the best possible service and pricing for each project.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure all projects are fully compliant with health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and method statements.
  • New Business Development: Support the account team with proposals and pitches, contributing to new business wins.
  • Team Collaboration & Company Culture: Foster a collaborative team environment by demonstrating our client’s core values and engaging in company activities.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Extensive event production experience, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Solid understanding of project management processes, including financial control and supplier management.
  • Comfortable with large-scale events, tight deadlines, and juggling multiple projects.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • UK travel required – flexibility is key, with potential for international travel.
  • Full UK driving license and own car required.
