Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 DOE

The Role
We\’re seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to lead production, logistics, and resource planning across multiple large-scale exhibition projects.
This pivotal role will ensure smooth delivery from initial planning to on-site execution, driving operational efficiency, team performance, and client satisfaction in a fast-paced live event environment.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day operations across multiple exhibition and live event projects
- Overseeing scheduling, labour allocation, and material planning
- Collaborating with sales and project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Forecasting and managing stock, raw materials, and resource requirements
- Supporting site teams during build and breakdown phases
- Leading on efficiency, process improvement, and team development
- Upholding high standards of health, safety, and operational excellence
What You\’ll Bring

- Strong understanding of resource planning, production, and live event delivery
