About the Role
Disrupt Talent is recruiting on behalf of a leading exhibition design and build company for a Creative Lead to join their expanding internal creative team in Northampton.
This is a pivotal role for a strategic, brand-focused creative who can bring insight, direction, and creative leadership to the business. You’ll take ownership of developing and implementing a cohesive brand and marketing strategy, driving consistency and innovation across all channels — from visual identity and campaigns to experiential storytelling.
We’re looking for someone with a strong creative agency background who combines hands‑on design expertise with a deep understanding of brand positioning and audience engagement. Exhibition experience is not essential — what matters most is your ability to think strategically, craft compelling brand stories, and inspire creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic and creative direction of the company’s brand and marketing activity.
- Translate business goals and market insights into powerful, cohesive brand campaigns and visuals.
- Oversee the development of all creative assets across print, digital, and environmental touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, 3D design, and project teams to ensure brand consistency across all communications.
- Bring data‑driven insight and creative strategy together to strengthen brand positioning and audience engagement.
- Mentor and inspire the creative team, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
- Confidently present and communicate creative concepts to senior stakeholders and clients.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a creative or brand-led role, ideally within a marketing or design agency environment.
- Strong background in brand strategy, creative direction, and marketing insight.
- Proven experience leading the evolution of brand identity and visual storytelling.
- Hands‑on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance strategic and creative priorities.
- A collaborative, ideas‑driven mindset with a passion for innovation and brand storytelling.
