Hybrid Working - 1 Day WFH / 4 Days Office-Based. Disrupt Talent is recruiting on behalf of a leading creative solutions company specialising in visually impactful branded environments across live events, exhibitions, retail, and site branding.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in print production and/or exhibition build projects to join a fast-paced Client Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and enjoys delivering high-quality bespoke projects from concept through to installation.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from initial client brief through to production, delivery, installation, and final invoicing. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, you'll coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires someone commercially aware, highly organised, and confident managing multiple live projects simultaneously within the exhibitions and events sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from concept through to completion, including production, logistics, installation, and client sign-off.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate internal departments, suppliers, and external contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Lead client meetings, planning discussions, and project reviews.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, quotations, and project profitability.
  • Ensure all project variations and additional costs are communicated and approved.
  • Maintain accurate project records using ERP and project management systems.
  • Identify operational efficiencies and maximise project margins while maintaining quality standards.
  • Support on-site delivery where required.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures, RAMS, KPIs, and company standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong professional relationships.

Experience Required

  • Essential experience within the live events, exhibitions, or print production industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management workflows and production processes.
  • Experience managing bespoke exhibition stands, venue takeovers, or small-scale expo projects.
  • Knowledge of framing systems such as BeMatrix, TFS, or Aluvision highly desirable.
  • Print production knowledge is essential.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage pressure effectively.
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders and working within client-facing environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
