Location: Warwick (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, with UK & European travel)
Reports to: Managing Director
Working Pattern: Hybrid + Travel to events and exhibitions across the UK and Europe
Salary: Up to 50k (depending on experience) + Commission

We’re a dynamic modular exhibition agency on a mission to revolutionise brand experiences through bold, sustainable design. Our projects span across the UK and Europe, and we’re growing fast. Now, we’re on the hunt for ambitious sales talent – from rising stars to seasoned deal-makers – to join our team as Business Development Manager.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Unearth new business opportunities across the UK and Europe – and win them!
- Build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
- Represent the agency at trade shows and exhibitions – where the magic happens
- Meet with prospects to uncover their needs and deliver bespoke, creative solutions
- Keep the sales pipeline organised and up to date using our CRM
- Work hand-in-hand with our design and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handovers
- Report on wins, leads, and pipeline progress to the senior team
What You’ll Bring
- (Experience in events or exhibitions is a huge bonus – but not essential)
