We are recruiting on behalf of a Global AV and Production solutions provider within the events sector for an experienced Business Development Manager. This is a newly created role with one clear objective: driving new business growth. The successful candidate will focus exclusively on identifying, developing, and securing new client relationships across the UK and wider EMEA region. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who thrives on building pipelines, opening doors, and winning new business.

As Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of prospecting and securing new opportunities across corporate and agency markets. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop sales strategies, improve lead generation activity, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities

About You

You Will Ideally Have

  • Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
