Business Development Manager – Creative Digital Solutions Up to £40,000 + Commission | Hybrid | Gloucestershire We’re hiring on behalf of an exciting fast-growing, innovative creative software company. You\’ll be the driving force behind new business development — sourcing leads, nurturing them into long-term partnerships, and selling bespoke, interactive digital solutions. Working closely with internal design, development, and project management teams, you’ll guide clients through innovative projects, from pitch to delivery. Develop and grow your own portfolio of client accounts Lead the full sales cycle — from outreach and pitching to closing and account growth Collaborate with creative teams to shape and present digital product ideas Travel to client sites in the UK and internationally as needed Own gross margin and budget considerations on your accounts Ideally experience within the Events industry Minimum 2 years in sales, skilled at both hunting new business and nurturing these relationships Willingness to travel (UK + overseas) and occasionally work weekends when needed Strong communicator with the confidence to guide clients through bespoke projects This is a high-impact position within a close-knit, talented team working on cutting-edge digital experiences.
