Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with flexibility for evening/weekend work

Reports to: Director of Production

Holiday: 30 days including bank holidays

Salary: £55,000-£60,000

What You\’ll Do

• Maintain strong client relationships through clear, confident communication
• Analyse briefs, ask the right questions, and shape them into deliverable world‑class concepts
• Develop proposals, quotations and technical responses that address client needs with creativity and commercial awareness
• Guide multidisciplinary teams from brief to final execution, ensuring flawless delivery
• Mentor and support team members, fostering technical growth and a culture of excellence
• Produce equipment specifications and technical documentation across lighting, audio, video and scenic elements
• Lead on‑site delivery, coordinating multiple technical departments and adapting quickly to changing requirements
• Monitor team performance, offering thoughtful and constructive feedback
