Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with some evening/weekend flexibility

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the interpretation of client briefs, adding insightful creative and technical suggestions
  • Develop lighting concepts, proposals and accurate quotations that solve client challenges
  • Mentor and grow the lighting team, fostering high standards and professional development
  • Coordinate across technical departments to deliver seamless, world‑class productions
  • Produce equipment specifications and documentation, and oversee on‑site delivery
  • Build strong client relationships, balancing creative ambition with commercial awareness
  • Adapt to evolving project needs while keeping teams aligned and motivated
