What You’ll Do
- Lead the interpretation of client briefs, adding insightful creative and technical suggestions
- Develop lighting concepts, proposals and accurate quotations that solve client challenges
- Mentor and grow the lighting team, fostering high standards and professional development
- Coordinate across technical departments to deliver seamless, world‑class productions
- Produce equipment specifications and documentation, and oversee on‑site delivery
- Build strong client relationships, balancing creative ambition with commercial awareness
- Adapt to evolving project needs while keeping teams aligned and motivated
