About the Role:
- Assisting with the design and specification of AV solutions
- Supporting project delivery to a high standard while keeping budgets in check
- Installing and operating AV equipment onsite for small to medium projects
- Managing the build and breakdown process at live events
- Communicating directly with clients in a timely and professional way
- Supporting the sales team with technical insights and solution proposals
- Handling warehouse responsibilities: kit prep, stock checks, equipment inspections, and maintenance
What They’re Looking For:
- Some working knowledge or a keen interest in AV tech (lighting, LED, video control, staging, rigging, etc.)
- Basic fault finding and repair experience is a plus
- Great communication skills — written and verbal
- Proactive, team-focused attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with MS Office; knowledge of stock control systems
- CAD software skills (AutoCAD, Vectorworks, SketchUp) are desirable but not essential
