The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Exhibition Project Manager to join a growing modular exhibition specialist. Based full-time in the Andover office, you will manage modular exhibition stand projects from initial planning through to live delivery, coordinating internal teams, suppliers, and venue organisers. Occasional on-site attendance during build-ups and live events will be required. The role would suit someone with exhibition experience looking to further develop their career within a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage modular exhibition stand projects from concept through to completion
  • Plan, schedule, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
  • Order and manage exhibition site services
  • Coordinate logistics including transport, storage, and scheduling
  • Order and track modular stand materials and system components
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and venue organisers
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation
  • Support on-site installation, live events, and breakdown when required
  • Work collaboratively within a team of project managers
