Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Technical Exhibition Design with a strong background in exhibitions. You will oversee and coordinate all technical aspects of the design process, ensuring concepts are translated accurately into production-ready deliverables. This is a leadership role requiring expert knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction, combined with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all technical design projects with internal teams
  • Liaise with sales, operations, and contractors to ensure accurate design-to-production delivery
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to client specification
  • Identify and resolve technical issues during the design development phase
  • Produce detailed specifications, including approval, construction, services, and graphic drawings
  • Adhere to relevant industry standards and certification requirements
  • Track and report on project and client milestones
  • Support the development of strategic goals and client objectives
  • Oversee the execution of client requirements from drawing phase through to delivery
