About You You are a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in business development, preferably within the event services industry. You excel at identifying new business opportunities, relationship building, and closing sales. You enjoy securing new clients and collaborating to deliver compelling proposals and pitches. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Relationship Building: Identify and engage potential clients, especially medium-sized and blue-chip companies. Develop strong relationships with decision-makers. Client Engagement & Meetings: Conduct meetings to gather requirements, understand client needs, and build rapport to convert prospects into clients. Proposal Creation & Pitching: Collaborate with Account and Technical Managers to develop tailored proposals that meet client needs. Lead the proposal process.
