Forensic, Technical, Strategic and Creative Pricing/Revenue/Income specialist required for an exceptional opportunity within a scaling Property/Real Estate brand operating across the BTR/SFR/Living/Residential/Hospitality/Hotels/PBSA space. We are looking for immediately available applicants for this role. The role will be based in and around Greater Manchester.
The ideal background will be someone with experience of working within the Residential/Accommodation/Living/Hospitality related Property/Real Estate space or similar industries where your skills are aligned and highly transferable:
- Pricing/Income/Revenue/Rental strategy
- Pricing/Income/Revenue/Rental Innovation (AI/Tech enablement/efficiency)
- Pricing/Income/Revenue/Rental analytics and insight
- Predictive pricing/revenue/rental planning/modelling
- Forensic, creative and commercial
Proven experience of driving tangible revenue/income related performance within a competitive customer centric business previously.
What you’ll do:
- Strategic Leasing/Rental Growth experience
- Revenue Performance Analytics & Optimisation experience
- Drive performance improvements/efficiencies that are strategic and align revenue plans with customer needs/satisfaction and quality.
- Use your competitive Pricing & Market Intelligence to drive and optimise customer engagement and revenue/income strategy/design.
- Automate and drive process efficiency through AI/Tech integration across rental/leasing workflows and contract automation.
- Experienced in working with large data sets.
- Create innovative referral strategies to promote continued and efficient "resident" led income/revenue.
What you bring:
- Proven success managing leasing and revenue strategy for mid sized portfolios (units/beds etc.)
- Demonstrated optimisation of lead-to-lease conversion strategies and resident referral schemes that generate new lease/rental income, long term customer commitment and self generating enquiries and sign ups.
- Scaled leasing transition programmes without occupancy disruption.
- Achieved tangible rent/revenue growth previously through creative competitive pricing models.
