DiSRUPT Recruitment & Search | B Corp is a growth start‑up insurtech scaling rapidly and is sourcing an experienced Customer Service / Customer Experience Manager to join this dynamic team. This role will require you to have the full indefinite right to work in the UK and remain in the UK. The position is predominantly remote, but you will need to attend meetings in London, so any applicant must live commutable to London.
We are looking for someone with experience in a start‑up or tech innovation business as well as Insurance, Fintech or Customer‑related industries. This is a key role working within an exciting growth business. You will build a team over time but will need to be a hands-on “doer” to start with and then will use managerial and leadership skills as the business and team grow.
Looking for someone who is bigger than this initial role so you are able to manage and deliver the service and customer support and experience needed as the business scales at pace. Previous experience in insurtech would be desirable but not essential.
