  • Supporting managers in resolving employee relations issues and identifying appropriate solutions.

  • Building effective working relationships with managers and stakeholders across multiple locations.

  • Keeping up to date with employment legislation and HR best practice.

About You

We're looking for an engaging, supportive and organised person with demonstrable experience working in an HR Advisory role, ideally within a busy, multi-site organisation.

You will be able to self-manage your time to ensure you deliver the workload in the time available and plan for your site meetings in advance.

You'll need:

  • Strong generalist HR Advisory experience.

  • Specific experience supporting recruitment and end-to-end recruitment processes.

  • Solid employee relations experience, particularly absence, performance, conduct, capability and organisational change.

  • A good understanding of employment legislation, HR policies and terms and conditions.

  • The confidence to advise, influence and support managers at different levels.

  • Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.

  • The ability to manage a varied workload independently and work effectively across different locations.

CIPD membership (ideally Associate level or above) would be advantageous.
