Are you passionate about driving real impact in sustainability? We're looking for a dynamic Senior Sustainability Consultant to lead a great team and support a broad range of clients in delivering innovative programmes and building long term engagement to create real measurable impacts.
In this pivotal role, you’ll manage both people and projects—guiding a talented team, working directly with clients on their Net Zero and Science-Based Targets (SBTi) goals, and shaping meaningful, long term change across a range of industries including the Built Environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading client sustainability programmes and cross-functional project teams
- Managing environmental and social impact measurement and strategy
- Conducting audits, materiality assessments, and gap analyses
- Developing ESG roadmaps and embedding responsible business practices
- Building stakeholder relationships and fostering team development
What you bring:
- 5+ years leading sustainability initiatives—consulting or in-house
- Proven people management and mentoring skills
- A working knowledge of common ESG and sustainability reporting frameworks and regulations, including CFD, CSRD and ISSB
- A collaborative, confident communicator who can motivate and lead
