This is a great opportunity for a Fully-Qualified Accountant to join a purpose-driven global HR Consultancy, with a passion and commitment to using their business for good. This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer, helping to manage the Finance Team (across different locations), as well as being responsible for the production of accurate and timely quarterly group consolidation reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.

The office is in Reading, Berkshire, but this role can be remote, making it fully accessible. This is a full-time role, but the company operates a 4-day week for full-time pay.

The role:

  • Managing, motivating, and developing the Finance Team of 5
  • Overseeing accounts for multiple entities and producing individual financial reports
  • Overseeing the production of overseas subsidiary statutory accounts and filing returns
  • Preparing multinational group consolidated year-end and interim reports
  • Managing intercompany reconciliations and consolidated adjustments
  • Liaising with external in-country Accountants to ensure timely delivery of the finance team deliverables
  • Ensuring consistent application of accounting procedures and driving process efficiencies
  • Leading the implementation of MS Dynamics Business Central across the group entities, with the support of a Project Manager and the technical team

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Fully Qualified Accountant – CA, ACCA or CIMA
  • MS Dynamics
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience in multinational consolidation
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
