Disrupt Agency are a purpose driven B-Corp and we have an exciting new role available for a logistics/Distribution team leader/Supervisor working for a global leading automotive business based in Reading. The Logistics/Distribution Team Leader will be leading and hands-on in a busy team that manages large volumes of Orders, Customer enquiries and the timely delivery of automotive equipment and tools to automotive dealerships across Europe.
This role will work in a time sensitive, high quality service delivery and customer support function that is critical to customer success so is a key role within the team. You will need to be familiar with analysing large customer data sets, data analysis and data driven decision making to recognise trends, create improvements, rectify issues and fix bottlenecks/errors in processes as well as understand stock levels to meet service delivery requirements.
You will lead a team of 3 direct reports and support them to deliver an exceptional service to customers. You will step in and take the lead to resolve customer (dealership) issues, queries or errors as well as provide advice and support to ensure stocks are maintained/improved and orders are fulfilled to ensure customer satisfaction.
Day to day duties will be office based mainly with some flexibility after probation for some hybrid working however this will require flexibility to meet the Team, Customer and Business needs; support/lead the teams, analyse customer data/trends, resolve issues/drive improvements with internal processes, external clients/automotive dealerships (Europe wide), EU warehouses and distribution/logistics services.
Essential Skills for the Team Leader Customer Support role (Logistics/Distribution/Data)
- At least 3 years in a customer support/service/success role
- Intermediate Excel and familiar with customer data analysis/insight to aid decision making and drive service and customer satisfaction improvements.
- Team leader/supervisor experience
- Knowledge/experience within Automotive (Desirable)
- Knowledge experience of either logistics/distribution, import/export, warehousing (Essential)
