An exciting opportunity for a people-focused Senior People Manager to shape and elevate talent, performance, and culture within a growing Build-to-Rent platform. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will sit at the heart of the business—driving people development, strengthening leadership capability, and embedding a high-performance, values-led culture.
This is a hands-on role where you will lead performance and talent initiatives, coach managers, and ensure the organisation is set up to attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will take ownership of talent mapping, succession planning, and performance frameworks, while acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. Alongside this, you will oversee core HR operations, ensuring compliance and consistency across employee relations, recruitment, and people processes.
