Customer Service Assistant (Part-time, 32 hours)

We are looking for a smart, professional, customer focused people-person who loves creating a great first impression and ensuring every visitor gets the warmest of welcomes.

A premium, award-winning flex workspace provider in Central London is looking for a Client Experience Assistant to be the welcoming face across its beautiful West End and City locations.?

The Role:

  • Work across multiple high-end workspaces, delivering a warm, professional welcome to clients, guests, and visitors.?
  • Own the front-of-house experience, ensuring reception, meeting rooms, and shared spaces are immaculate and ready for use.?
  • Support meetings and events with room set-up, catering coordination, and on-the-day assistance to keep everything running smoothly.?
  • Anticipate client needs, handle queries, and resolve issues with confidence, care, and a solution-focused mindset.?
  • Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to ensure a seamless service, from tech support and office equipment to facilities and catering.?
  • Manage stock, supplies, and basic admin tasks such as raising purchase orders and promoting in-house services.?

What We’re Looking For:

  • Confident, outgoing communicator with a polished, professional approach and genuine passion for service.?
  • Organised, adaptable team player who takes pride in their environment and enjoys solving problems on the spot.?
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role (e.g. hotel, reception, barista, flex workspace, or retail).?

Hours, Location & Flexibility

  • Part-time: 4 days / 32 hours per week, roaming across West End and City sites.?
  • Shifts: 8am–5pm, 8:30am–5:30pm or 9am–6pm, with occasional later coverage up to 9pm (rotas provided in advance).?
