Marketing Executive
£30,000 - £32,000 DOE London - Hybrid (2 days office / 3 days home)
We're looking for a creative, proactive Marketing Executive ready to develop their skills across digital, content and campaign delivery. You'll help build brand awareness and drive engagement through multi-channel marketing, with plenty of room to bring your own ideas to the table.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment; we are a growing and exciting Student Accommodation Operator (PBSA) and are looking for someone who wants genuine variety in their day-to-day, and is keen to work on their own initiative while staying aligned to the wider marketing strategy.
What you'll do
- Support delivery of multi-channel campaigns across digital, social and print
- Maintain and optimise website content (WordPress) and third‑party listings
- Support SEO/GEO and paid media activity to drive traffic and conversions
- Write engaging content, including regular blogs and marketing materials
- Carry out competitor analysis and support reporting for the wider team
- Attend site visits to capture content and support local brand presence
What we're looking for
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2‑3 years' marketing experience
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Experience with CRM/email marketing platforms and social media tools
- Analytical mindset with the confidence to work independently
- Proactive, conscientious and keen to keep learning
