Client Services Advisor We’re looking for a confident, organised and customer-focused Client Services Advisor to join a growing team supporting clients who rely on technology and service excellence to deliver better outcomes.

The role As Client Services Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, handling calls and emails, resolving queries, and providing first-line technical and customer support.
You’ll also produce clear summary reports from chart data, support service administration, and work closely with internal teams and external professionals to ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery.
What you’ll do: Handle client enquiries promptly and professionally by phone and email.
