Are you a sharp, motivated sales / BDM/ Business Development professional looking for a career defining opportunity? As the Business Development Manager, you’ll be working directly with one of the business owners, taking ownership of the sales pipeline and helping to grow a fast-moving company that sells services into transactional industries like retail, hospitality, gyms, bars, restaurants, cinemas, theatres, offices, and universities.
What You’ll Do:
- Build relationships and convert prospects into long-term clients
- Hit and exceed monthly sales targets
- Use CRM tools (ideally HubSpot) to track your pipeline
You’ll Fit Right In If You:
- Have a minimum of 2–3 years of sales or business development experience
- Know how to sell services (FM/Cleaning/Support) into fast-paced, transactional environments (Retail clients, Hospitality, Colleges, Schools, Shops, restaurants, Offices, Leisure centres, Gyms, etc.)
- Love working in-person and want to be part of a collaborative office based team
- Bonus if you've got any exposure to selling facilities management or cleaning services
