We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to win new business, build strong client relationships, and help drive growth across Kent, Essex and London. This is a great opportunity for a proven sales professional who thrives on prospecting, closing deals, and managing the full sales cycle.
The role involves generating your own opportunities, booking qualified appointments, and converting leads into new contracts. You’ll also attend site visits, carry out surveys, handle objections, negotiate pricing, and work closely with operations to ensure smooth handovers.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience selling services, ideally within cleaning or a similar FM environment.
- A strong track record of winning new business through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Confidence in managing high-value sales conversations and closing contracts.
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and a full UK driving licence.
What’s on offer:
- Basic salary plus commission, with OTE £75K+.
