What you'll be doing:
- Managing and maintaining contract and service data across multiple systems.
- Using Excel daily (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
- Liaising with support services and stakeholders to gather accurate information.
- Ensuring records are updated, compliant, and audit-ready.
- Producing reports and supporting service delivery through accurate administration.
- Working with high levels of confidentiality and attention to detail.
What we're looking for:
- Strong administration and data entry experience.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, reporting).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
