A small, family-run PBSA business is looking for a warm, professional and highly organised Assistant Accommodation Manager to help lead the day-to-day resident experience at their 70-bed student accommodation site in Birmingham. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the friendly face of the building, supporting residents, visitors and prospective tenants while helping to create a welcoming and well-presented community.
The role: You’ll be the main point of contact on site, welcoming visitors, carrying out tours, responding to enquiries and supporting general administration. You’ll also help build positive resident relationships, always put student wellbeing first, support occupancy activity and assist with social events and site promotion.
Skills Experience Required: You’ll bring strong customer service and communication skills, a proactive approach and the ability to stay organised while managing multiple priorities. Previous experience in PBSA, student accommodation, hospitality, reception or a community-facing role would be an advantage, but the right attitude and professionalism are just as important.
