Digital Product Lead / Digital Product Manager (Energy / Utilities) UK Energy Supplier | Remote (UK-wide with UK travel fully expensed) 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract with scope for additional 12 months extension and longer term permanent £45,000–£60,000 DOE • Immediate Start Preferred Job Description We are looking for a Digital Product Lead to own and drive the introduction and management of a customer app and online portal on behalf of our client, a UK energy supplier. You will ensure the platform is delivered with the client's technology partner, on time and to quality, and that it is developed to meet the business case objectives. A key outcome of this role is to maximise customer take-up and active use of the app, and to ensure the product supports customer behaviour change to help minimise peak electricity consumption (e.g., through timely insights, prompts and nudges). You will set clear product outcomes, align stakeholders, and translate needs into a prioritised roadmap and backlog. You will act as the day-to-day product owner and delivery lead — partnering with the technology partner and internal teams across Customer Experience, IT, Business Intelligence and Marketing. Once go-live is achieved, you will continue to develop the product to ensure sustained value. Core Responsibilities
