Us: Opened in December 2016 at the historic and infamous 4 Kingly Court, Disrepute is now a Soho institution where established ideas meet modern thinking.

The bar's drinks program features an extensive list of rotating 'house' classic cocktails and a yearly signature menu crafted using a wide array of techniques.

The service is meticulous and highly personal.

The atmosphere is relaxed, yet energetic with people from all walks of life mingling until late at night in an elegant and intimate cocktail bar in the heart of Soho which combines 60's counterculture and the best of London's cocktail culture today.

Among several recognitions and nominations, we are proud to have been listed in the UK Top Cocktail Bars list the past two years, ranking no.12 in 2022, no.16 in 2023 and no.45 in 2026.

Disrepute is open until 3am Monday - Saturday and 1am Sunday, the role will require late night / early morning working.

Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to our guests, following recipes, timings and presentation guidelines.

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service and recommendations based on their preferences.

Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all utensils, glassware, and ingredients are well-stocked and readily available.

Ensure that all cocktails are prepared in a timely manner with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.

Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Collaborate with the other departments to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.

Upsell and promote featured cocktails, specials, and events to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.

Skills and

Experience: First-class knowledge of classic cocktails, curiosity and an open mind.

High levels of fluency in English due to the bespoke nature of our service.

Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Honesty, commitment and a good work ethic.

Confidence, self-motivatation, and drive.

This is a full time vacancy, with shifts based over 4 days, and a wage starting at 18 per hour, which is made up of a basic hourly rate + TRONC.
