This is a full-time role, based on 4-day shifts, with a starting wage of £18/hour!

About Us:

Disrepute is an elegant cocktail bar in Soho, blending 60’s counterculture with modern London cocktail culture. Recognized in the UK Top Cocktail Bars list in 2022 and 2023, we pride ourselves on our curated drinks menu and exceptional service.

Note: Disrepute is open until 3am Monday-Saturday and 1am on Sundays. The role requires late-night and early morning shifts.

What We Need:

Our team consists of cocktail experts who craft drinks with speed and precision. As a Cocktail Bartender, you will be intuitive, social, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages following recipes and presentation standards.
  • Engage with guests professionally, offering recommendations and excellent service.
  • Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in all drinks.
  • Follow safety and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
  • Work with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Promote cocktails, specials, and events to boost guest experience and revenue.
