Contractor Support Coordinator

Tenant Support Representative / Field Canvasser UK-wide | Self-employed | Field-based Monday to Friday, 10:00am–4:30pm £Disrepair Solutions Group is expanding its field team and is looking for confident, motivated people to join us as Tenant Support Representatives. This is a people-focused, field-based role where you'll speak directly with residents, understand their housing concerns and identify genuine enquiries that may require further assessment. Full training and guidance provided. You'll work in allocated residential areas, speaking with residents face-to-face about their housing conditions. Carrying out professional door-to-door housing surveys Asking questions about housing conditions and repair issues Identifying potential issues such as damp, mould, leaks, heating, plumbing, roofing and windows Comfortable working outdoors and in residential areas Experience in sales, canvassing, customer service, recruitment or similar field-based work is an advantage, but full training is provided. Performance-based earning opportunity Earn £200 for each accepted case, subject to qualification and quality-control requirements. Monday to Friday Full training We'll provide the training and guidance you need to get started. Spend your working day out in the community, meeting people and developing valuable communication and field skills. This is a self-employed, performance-based opportunity.
