The business is growing quickly via a network of ten offices (London, Bristol, Cardiff, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Belfast).
A significant Marketing investment has been made and proprietary AI has recently commenced resulting in numerous daily enquiries across the range of services and locations. Existing customers include individuals, law firms and large corporates.
The Founder is faced with the exciting challenge of scaling the business based upon opportunities being received and potential future growth channels.
As a result, the company is seeking Experts within their individual surveying fields (eg valuation, building, cost, quantity, boundary, project management) to join as Partners.
The opportunity would not necessarily suit all individuals but for those who have considered starting their own business or seek a new challenge, the proposition is exciting and somewhat unique as enquiries are already being generated daily across locations, the company is regulated by RICS and all necessary financial accounting and insurance infrastructure is in place and ready to be scaled.

Responsibilities
- Generate revenue by responding to existing enquiries generated by the platform and those from the individuals client base.
- PnL leadership for the individuals area of expertise within their given location.
- Contribute to wider group marketing and regulatory initiatives.
- Where applicable, provide mentorship to junior members of staff.

- Seeking a minimum qualification of MRICS.
