We’re growing fast and looking for a B2B Sales Manager to lead and expand our relationships across the golfing world. You’ll be responsible for unlocking commercial opportunities with charity golf days, corporate events, golf retailers, golf clubs and courses, and will play a key role in maintaining and developing strategic partnerships, including with organisations like the DP World Tour.
This is a rare opportunity to join a premium British brand doing things differently — with obsessive craftsmanship, lightning-fast fulfilment, and a commitment to unforgettable customer experiences.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Own and drive B2B sales strategy across the UK and internationally
- Pitch and secure partnerships with:
- Charity and corporate golf day organisers
- Golf resorts, clubs and pro shops
- Golf retail stores and gifting businesses
- Tour operators and governing bodies
- Develop and maintain relationships with leading golf organisations and tour operators (DP World Tour, PGA pros, etc.)
- Collaborate with the CEO to shape commercial strategy and deliver revenue growth
- Represent Display Champ at key events, trade shows and networking opportunities
- Use your industry knowledge and contacts to shorten sales cycles and open new doors
What We\’re Looking For
- Proven experience in golf sales or a golf-related commercial role (essential)
- A strong contact book within the UK golf industry (ideally across multiple segments)
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive — you’ll be our first dedicated B2B sales hire
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative team player
- Passion for golf and understanding of what makes the sport (and its culture) special
