Ready to make magic? We’re hiring for a Solutions Engineer Intern to join our 12-month placement program. As a Solutions Engineer intern, you will be fully integrated in the software development and systems support environment. Over the 12-month placement you will get full exposure of the support lifecycle. You will be involved in working with business stakeholders across our Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Global to understand their queries and issues, provide solutions and manage expectations accordingly. You will need to develop a good understanding of the stakeholders’ areas and become the expert in the software and solutions which are used by them. Working with the wider team you will provide operational support across the engineering business applications; handling issues ranging from intake, triage, escalation, resolution and reporting. Working in this remit will provide a phenomenal springboard for your future career. This role will require you to be hybrid between our Hammersmith office and working remotely.
Eligibility
- Must be a second-year undergraduate student on a placement year course at a UK or Ireland University, returning to study in Autumn 2026
- Available to start working full time from July 21st 2025
- Interested in the area you are applying for; whether this is through your studies, experiences, extracurricular activities or a general interest

- A strong curiosity in either of the following areas: IT, computer science, software engineering, development ops, computer system, or business
- Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure

- Strong MS Office skills
