We are looking for a Senior Talent Manager who reflects the innovative spirit and collaborative mindset that define ILM. The Senior Talent Manager’s role is to support the Talent team in approach, application and problem solving in day-to-day Artist Management, ensuring consistency across the business. Working collaboratively, the Senior Talent Manager reinforces and strengthens the working relationships between the multiple business partners with whom the Talent team works.
What You’ll Do:
- Work collaboratively with the Studio PM, Director of Talent Management, EIC, and HR to develop the Talent Strategy for the London studio.
- Work with the Studio Production Manager to help resolve any crewing issues and ensure all shows are crewed to maximize productivity and performance.
- Support the Talent team in all aspects of artist management.
- Act as a point of escalation for Production and Artists.
- Partner with HR and/or Recruitment on Talent-related initiatives, including Compensation Planning, Graduate recruitment, Employee Relations, and workflow implementation.
- Directly line manage an artist group(s) and/or junior Talent Management.

This role is Hybrid, which means the employee will be required to work a minimum of 2 days on-site per week at a Company designated location, and occasionally from home.
