Join Disney for a challenging and rewarding 12-month graduate internship! This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, worked 4 days a week with either a Monday or Friday working from home.
Disney Entertainment Distribution â your contribution will support the distribution of Disney's movies, TV series, television channels and the everâexpanding Disney+ streaming service. Work will include drafting, legal review and contract administration as well as general commercial legal work supporting the Disney Entertainment distribution business. You will primarily support lawyers working on distribution of content to French clients, while also gaining experience working with attorneys on other territories.
Responsibilities- Draft and review legal documents related to the distribution of Disney's movies, TV series and channels.
- Assist with contract administration and general commercial legal work.
- Support lawyers on distribution deals involving French clients and other territories.
- Perform operational and administrative tasks such as prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines.
- Take ownership of discreet legal projects and contribute to onâtheâjob training.
- Law graduate (French or English law) or completed Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL).
- Native French speaker or fluent in French (speaking, writing, reading).
- Right to work in the UK already in place.
- Strong interest in a future legal career and passion for the profession.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with people at all levels.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Annual salary of ÂŁ30,000 with 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays.
