This is a 12-month fixed term contract covering an internal secondment, and you will be based 4 days a week in our Hammersmith office, with the option of working from home on Fridays. Your Mission As our Marketplace Regional Merchandise Assistant, you\'ll be the behind-the-scenes hero supporting the trading and distribution of our Regional Marketplaces. From managing stock controls and allocations to analysing performance and optimising listings, you\'ll help ensure our products are discoverable, available, and magical-wherever our guests shop. What You\'ll Do

  • Support the Regional Marketplace Associate in trading and optimising each marketplace
  • Own allocations and stock gap reporting using forecasting tools
  • Collaborate with Planning, Trading, and Distribution teams to manage stock availability
  • Liaise with Disney Distribution Centres and partners to ensure timely delivery
  • Upload and manage product listings, compliance data, and promotional strategies
  • Monitor Amazon costs and suggest ways to manage aged stock
  • Run reports, analyse performance, and share insights with wider teams
  • Keep our tools, trackers, and portals in excellent shape
  • Be a key voice in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement
    Experience in e-commerce or retail merchandising essential (with marketplace experience is a plus)
  • Experience within a Retail Head Office essential
  • Strong Excel skills and a love for data
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
