The Talent Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Talent Manager, specifically in relation to Production, Editorial and Art departments, as well as general support for the Talent team and wider CG artist group. This is a fixed‑term contract for six months. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available for this position at this time.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain crewing and capacity spreadsheets and databases
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular departmental meetings
  • Prepare agendas, take notes and disseminate as appropriate
  • Partner with the Talent Manager to collate feedback and coordinate probation and annual reviews
  • Assist artists with their daily needs, such as addressing inquiries, managing absences, and identifying upcoming show opportunities, in collaboration with the Talent Manager

Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast‑paced administrative role within VFX / Games Production preferred
  • A positive, inclusive and proactive attitude
  • Effective communication, both verbally and in writing, with individuals at all levels of seniority, internally and externally
  • Ability to successfully organise, prioritise and complete multiple projects with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrate calmness and professionalism in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
  • Punctuality, reliability and flexibility
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with others

This role is Hybrid, which means the employee will be required to work a minimum of 2 days on‑site per week at a Company designated location, and occasionally from home.
