About the Role & Team

The Brand & Franchise Marketing team plays a key role in bringing teams together across The Walt Disney Company EMEA, helping to drive alignment, collaboration and clarity around our brand, franchise, synergy and audience priorities.

This cross-company team works closely with Disney lines of business across EMEA, as well as global teams in the US, translating global strategy into meaningful regional direction by bringing together audience insight, business performance and franchise priorities.

As Brand & Franchise Marketing Manager, EMEA & UK, you will help shape and deliver strategic plans for key brand and franchise marketing priorities across Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Pixar and National Geographic.

You will work with insights, data and stakeholders across the business to create clear frameworks, build alignment and deliver consumer-facing campaigns that support wider business growth.

This role will report to the Senior Manager, Brand & Franchise Marketing.

This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will

  • Develop a strong understanding of selected brand and franchise priorities, becoming a trusted point of contact and guardian for those areas across the business.
  • Use audience insights, business data and performance metrics to identify strategic challenges, opportunities and recommendations for key franchises.
  • Create, update and share strategic overviews and frameworks that help EMEA marketing teams align behind shared priorities.
  • Develop, lead and deliver innovative consumer marketing campaigns across selected Disney brands and franchises, with digital and social at the heart of many plans.
  • Champion cross-company collaboration, identifying opportunities to connect teams and create value across different lines of business.
  • Act as the key point of contact for campaign strategy and implementation guidance across EMEA local markets, providing tools, templates and regular communication to support adoption.
  • Build collaborative relationships with local and regional stakeholders, ensuring information flows clearly in both directions.
  • Manage EMEA and UK campaign budgets for designated brands and franchises.
  • Brief and partner with in-house functional teams and agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief and on budget.
  • Establish campaign KPIs, manage reporting frameworks and deliver clear post-campaign analysis.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, presentations and key documents, ensuring stakeholders are kept informedd throughout planning and delivery.
  • Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in a marketing, brand management or franchise marketing role.
  • Experience working with research, audience insights and business data, with the ability to translate insights into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Experience briefing agencies and supporting media planning and implementation.
  • Experience working on paid media campaigns, including execution and analysis.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, You Tube marketing and content-led campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally gained within a matrixed or cross-functional organisation.
  • A proactive, tenacious and diplomatic approach, with the ability to build trust and influence across teams.
  • Strong communication skills, with curiosity and a solution-focused mindset.
  • Understanding of local markets across EMEA.
  • Confident presentation skills, with the ability to deliver a clear and compelling message to a range of internal and external audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working across entertainment, media, consumer products, streaming, franchise, studios or brand-led environments.
  • Experience supporting multi-market campaigns across EMEA.
  • Experience working with global teams and translating global strategy into regional or local plans.
  • An interest in Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Pixar and National Geographic brands and franchises.
