Overview
In this role you will drive strategic initiatives for Disney+'s Direct-To-Consumer operations, turning complexity into clear plans. You will work with cross-functional teams across Product, Content, Marketing, and international units to deliver launches and growth programs. The position combines project planning, risk and stakeholder management, and effective communication to executives. This is an opportunity to shape global product rollout and monetization efforts within a renowned entertainment brand.

Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, resources, and success criteria
- Support communication, monitoring, and control strategies to update stakeholders on status, risks, and issues
- Contribute to launch management for new product features and global expansion, including localization, assets, advertising operations, content programming, and legal reviews
- Identify operational risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions; escalate to enable proactive mitigation
- Establish and maintain effective stakeholder communication to align priorities and foster cross-team collaboration
- Promote a collaborative team environment, influence colleagues, and motivate cross-functional groups to achieve goals
Key requirements
- Minimum 3 years in program/project management within a large corporate, DTC streaming business, or consulting
- Basic proficiency with software development lifecycle
- International experience preferred
- Proficiency with AI tools, Airtable, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Miro, Lucidchart, Confluence, Jira, Airtable, and Smartsheet
