Job Summary:

About the Role & Team

This is a temporary role covering a leave of absence until March 2026.

The Disney+ team is responsible for the launch and day-to-day operation of Disney+ across EMEA, focusing on customer acquisition and retention, marketing, partnerships, content programming, research, and analytics.

This role will contribute to trading updates and conduct deeper analysis on levers of commercial performance, handling project-based and ad hoc market requests across EMEA.

What You Will Do

  • Lead daily, weekly, and quarterly trading reporting, including proactive improvements.
  • Analyze trading trends (daily, weekly, quarterly) and flag anomalies, successes, and challenges.
  • Drive in-depth analysis of churn in collaboration with Analytics, deriving key insights and action plans.
  • Work closely with local trading leads to analyze weekly data and identify performance levers, collaborating with Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Customer Management teams.
  • Support the creation and management of initiatives to mitigate or sustain trading performance.
  • Become a subject matter expert on key areas of the subscription business, focusing on acquisition and/or customer retention.
  • Create executive-level presentations on trading performance and action plans.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous trading experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, with experience dealing with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to tailor communication to different audiences (e.g., country teams, DSS, executives).
  • High numeracy and analytical ability with rigor.
  • Strong presentation skills, including preparing decks for stakeholders.
  • Data visualization skills (e.g., Tableau).
  • Strategic mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proven success in influencing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
