The Brand Commercialisation Operations Supervisor provides crucial operational support to the EMEA Brand Commercialisation function, enabling the team to develop and execute brand strategies and franchise initiatives. The goal is to drive licensing business growth and enhance consumer engagement. This role ensures smooth coordination of processes, effective communication, and timely delivery of key Brand Commercialisation outputs.
This is a permanent position located at our London office in Hammersmith, requiring four days of on-site attendance per week.

What weâre looking for- Operational & Strategic Support
- Provide essential operational support to the EMEA Brand Commercialisation team to enable execution of brand strategies and franchise initiatives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Communications, Category, Retail, and crossâfunctional teams) and external vendors to drive implementation of the EMEA brand commercialisation strategy.
- Planning & Coordination
- Manage and maintain the Brand Commercialisation planning calendar and deliverables schedule.
- Develop and manage the Brand Commercialisation briefing process.
- Organise and facilitate regular planning and activation meetings.
- Work closely with Brand Commercialisation team members and internal stakeholders to establish ways of working, share best practices, and improve processes.
- Manage, coordinate and implement all key Brand Commercialisation events, updates and presentations (e.g., Nuremberg Toy Fair, Brand Updates, New IP updates, Special Events bespoke CrossâFranchises pitches).
- Act as the key point of contact with the rest of the business and external vendors for major Brand Commercialisation activities, events and presentations.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the global operations team.
- Content Creation & Communication
- Produce and deliver all crossâfranchises brand updates and business materials for internal and external partners, including data collection, GSS content orders, product imagery, and resource coordination.
- Manage, update and distribute Brand Commercialisationâgenerated tools, decks, and resources across the business in an accurate and timely manner.
- Present Brand Commercialisation materials to internal regional and market stakeholders.
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong organisational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a multiâproject, matrix environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
- Flexibility, resourcefulness and an ability to thrive in a fastâpaced, changing and growing environment.
- Good eye for design and visual formatting.

- Ability to manage multiple projects across a variety of franchises/brands simultaneously.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Key Note, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
