About the Role & Team
We are looking for a Digital Site Coordinator to join our team to implement daily production schedules, including content and campaign scheduling. You will set up and test site promotions, act as the first line support for the website, and ensure that all site content and product information is accurate and published on schedule.
This role requires working 4 days a week in our office and 1 day from home.
What You Will Do
- Configure site modules and schedule content, ensuring accuracy at every step.
- Set up and test promotions and campaigns as directed by merchandising and marketing teams.
- Ensure all site content, including SEO and Meta data, is accurate.
- Optimize product pages, review product and category redirects.
- Review website search functionality, optimize null and popular searches.
- Review navigation and make improvements based on market optimization.
- Implement online merchandising strategies to maximize sales.
- Ensure timely product launches and promotional activities with correct inclusions and exclusions.
- Tag all site content correctly for analytics purposes.
- Coordinate assets and product launch information to meet deadlines and ensure thorough testing.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in a similar e-commerce retail role (desirable).
- Understanding of e-commerce trading and best practices.
- Knowledge of user experience, web usability, and web analytics (advantageous).
- Content management experience using Demandware or Salesforce.
- Excellent planning and prioritization skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe software (advantageous).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commercial focus.
- Cultural sensitivity.
- Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
