About the Role & Team

Following the recent announcement of our Disney Store opening a new retail destination inside Selfridges, Manchester Trafford store, we are looking for a Senior Cast Member who engages Guests in magical experiences throughout the Store, delighting them with stories, while providing options of quality, innovative product that meets their needs. They will provide an exceptional service that will exceed the Guest’s expectations by focusing on the show that they experience to ensure that it is unique and memorable. Maintaining integrity of the brand, whilst adhering to your own grooming guidelines. This will be a 12 month fixed‑term contract.

Overview

The Senior Cast Member represents the Disney brand, and engages Guests in magical experiences throughout the Store. Their standards are consistently high and they set the example for exceptional Guest Service. They are a mentor and a role model for Cast Members and they support the store managers to create a high‑energy work environment, to drive the company’s initiatives and to achieve its goals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Show: Contributes to impeccable maintenance of company visual merchandising standards, including window displays to ensure store presentation is outstanding.
  • Sales: Drives positive results in key performance indicators including sales, conversion, AGS, UPT, and Magic Touch and able to explain these KPIs to cast members.
  • Service: Sets the example for Cast Members of how to provide guests with a Magical Experience by making the Guest the number one priority.
  • Contribution: Follows all safety guidelines and demonstrates awareness of and compliance to Company Policies.
