The Marketing Co-Ordinator will be instrumental in supporting the Marketing Managers and Supervisors, working across Disney+ campaigns in the UK, at both an overarching brand level as well as for individual content titles. The role will be centred on implementing best-in-class brand and content marketing campaigns and activations, across all media channels and platforms, to drive awareness and consideration, and ultimately drive sign-ups and retain existing customers. The role will be responsible for co-ordinating all campaign fundamentals, from creative briefings to asset approvals and trafficking, with the ability to work to tight deadlines as well as adapting to and accommodating ongoing changes.
The Opportunity & Responsibilities:
- Campaign Creative Briefing & Delivery
- Support Marketing Managers and Supervisors in end-to-end campaign delivery
- Develop creative briefs, sourcing asset specs, guidelines and restrictions
- End-to-end project management of experiential activations
- Pull together and oversee campaign timings and creative makelist
- Become an expert in Clearcast and third-party TV players’ guidelines and restrictions
- Manage Legal approvals, as required
- Asset Management
- Become a brand ambassador with a strong understanding of all asset sites and creative guidelines
- Close liaison with D+ marketing operations to assist with sourcing and circulating creative assets, as required
- Support creative and activation approval reviews where necessary
- Agencies and Partners Management
- Build, co-ordinate and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and partners
- Set up and provide vendors with access to any relevant sites and folders
- Source and share creative assets, guidelines and additional content information
- Source budget quotes and manage budget trackers
- Team Support
- Support the wider Disney+ UK Brand and Content team with ad hoc requests including, but not limited to;
- Pulling together PowerPoint presentations
- Creating post campaign analysis documents
- Scheduling meetings and meeting notetaking
- Representing the team in meetings and providing summary of updates
The Experience We Require From You:
- Passion for entertainment (TV/Film). Preferably experience within UK marketing or communications function.
- Experience working within a professional environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent time-management skills and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and manage projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Strong team player, with ability to also work autonomously
- Some understanding and knowledge of digital and social platforms
- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
