Responsibilities
- Pour each drink to perfection and replace the last bottle in the fridge when needed.
- Make each coffee and cup of Chai with the same care as the first of the day.
- Greet guests day or night with a smile that makes them feel welcomed.
- Promote the Dishoom experience by having excellent knowledge of drinks, bar snacks, curries, sharing plates and well-loved Dishoom dishes.
- Ensure clear communication with the team to keep operations smooth and guests well cared for, regardless of table count.
What we’re looking for
- Previous work experience as a Cocktail Bartender – at least 1 year minimum, in a high-volume restaurant/bar, with knowledge of classic cocktails.
- A desire to grow – we promote from within for Shift Leaders, as well as Head and Deputy Bartenders.
- Over time, cross-training and exposure to Server and Host departments will be provided as part of development.

Our sites are closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day, and if you have children we provide one extra day to take them to their first day at school.
