We’re looking for a talented and dedicated Cocktail Bartender to join our team.
What to expect:
- Free team meals every shift, plus all the Chai you can drink.
- £14.50- £15.50 per hour (inclusive of tronc) based on the last 3 months' average; pay on a monthly basis.
- A full-time role working across 5 days, Monday through Sunday availability required.
- A weekly changing rota provided at least 6 days in advance.
- All day dining café – variety of daytime and evening shifts.
- Access to award‑winning training programmes and support.
- Paid holidays at your usual rate; Christmas Day and Boxing Day closed; one extra day for children to attend school.
- No uniforms – smart casual; trainers acceptable.

So what are we looking for?
- Previous work experience as a Cocktail Bartender – at least 1 year in a high‑volume restaurant/bar environment with knowledge of classics.
- Willingness to learn; initial training on Dishoom, drinks and bar operations.
- Three months of non‑guest‑facing practice in a high‑volume bar environment, honing craft.
- A desire to grow; promotion from within (Shift Leaders, Head and Deputy Bartenders) and support from the Babu (Manager) Masterclass programme.
