Dishoom – Manchester, United Kingdom. We are looking for a temporary Chef/Demi Chef de Partie to join our team until the end of March.

Key Responsibilities
- You love to cook and learn new skills; you enjoy the buzz of working in a busy kitchen.
- You are a master of your section – whether it is Breakfast, Grill, Fryer, Curry or Tandoor. You ensure it’s prepped and ready, clean and organised at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience as a Chef or Demi Chef de Partie in a fast‑paced kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
- Ability to work effectively across a whole kitchen team.
