Brimful of ideas, initiative and enthusiasm, you will be at the heart of how our brand comes alive. From the artwork on café walls to the campaigns that bring guests through our doors, this is a hands‑on role and no two days are the same!
You’ll support the delivery of first‑class creative across our existing cafés and new openings, working closely with the Senior Brand Manager and Creative Director. One day you might be researching 1950s Bombay typography and perhaps uncovering the intricacies of a heist! The next, you’ll be collaborating with artists and designers and coordinating a cacophony of frames. You’ll play an instrumental role in carrying out creative research, putting forward fun and interesting ideas, ideating creative concepts and finally, bringing them to life.
The Brand Executive will work on the following:
- New Café Openings: Assist the Creative Director and Senior Brand Manager with the creative delivery, including era and concept research, conceptualising visual storytelling directions, managing the design roadmap, drafting briefs, and coordinating production of marketing collateral.
- Existing Restaurants: Act as the creative go-to for café and local marketing teams, managing briefs for wall artwork, in-café collateral and signage.
- Campaigns and Projects: Support the Senior Brand Manager in delivering culturally-relevant brand campaigns, suggesting new ideas, liaising between internal teams and external partners, and acting as a careful brand custodian.
- Innovation: Stay informed about cultural trends, proactively identify opportunities for content creation, and keep the team inspired with fresh ideas.
Our ideal Brand Executive has:
- 2+ years experience in a brand, marketing or creative role.
- Super organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for creativity and an eye for brand, art, and design.
- Confidence using Monday.com, G‑Suite, Slack and other platforms.
- Knowledge of Indian culture, art and food is a plus, but not essential.
Benefits: We deeply care about making Dishoom an excellent place to work. Alongside being part of a supportive, creative team, you’ll enjoy:
- A huge summer festival (our Family Mela), Babus’ Day Out and a brilliant Christmas party.
- Regular team events and a weekly team lunch at Babu House.
- 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (and extra days for our Mela and Christmas party).
- A Dishoom Black Card with a monthly allowance to treat friends and family in our cafés.
- Delicious food from the café menu when working in cafés.
- Access to a wide discount network — from flights to groceries.
- Subsidised yoga and gym memberships.
- Ongoing support for your personal and professional development.
- An extra day off to take your little one to their very first day of school.
