What to Expect

• Free team meals each shift and unlimited chai
• Annual salary £42,000‑£47,000 inclusive of tronc, paid monthly
• Full‑time role across 5 days, Monday to Sunday availability required
• Weekly rota provided at least 6 days in advance
• All‑day dining café schedule covering a variety of day and evening shifts
• Access to award‑winning training programmes and support; 211 Dishoom employees promoted last year
• Annual holiday days paid at usual rate; Christmas Day and Boxing Day closed; extra school‑opening holiday for children
• No uniform required – smart/casual and comfortable; trainers acceptable

• Experience as a Floor Manager in a high‑volume, multi‑faceted bar/restaurant environment
• First‑class standards and obsession with quality
